Disputes & Refunds
An easy process to get your returns
- 1 From the order information area, click the "Open Dispute" button.
- 2 Pick a "Dispute Reason" in step two.
- 3 Specify the reason for the refund.
- 4 Describe your experience in as much detail as possible, outlining what went wrong.
- 5 Read the terms and conditions and accept them.
- 6 Send a request for a reimbursement.
- 7 Write down your refund case ID and use it to reference it whenever you wish to find out the status of your return.
Note: Design Creatic reserves the right to refuse any project or terminate the agreement at any time. You won't have any rights to utilise the designs after the refund; they will belong to dummy brand exclusively. The designs will legally belong to the corporation.
The refund policy of Design Creatic is void if
- You've selected an all-inclusive plan.
- The main design idea has been accepted.
- You asked for adjustments.
- The decision to cancel was taken for non-company-related reasons.
- For more than two weeks of the project, the company has not been contacted.
- Policies of the company have been broken.
- For the same job, a different business or designer has been contacted.
- The necessary details are missing from the creative brief.
- A total redesign has been requested.
- The assertion has gone beyond
- The’ request for reimbursement' time period for this claim has passed.
- The company is altering its name or operations.
- Under no circumstances will there be a refund for "change of mind," "disagreement with partner," or other factors unrelated to the service.
- A refund will only be given for that specific service and "not" the entire bundle if a customer purchases a service bundle and is unhappy with any one service.
- Once the final files have been sent to you in response to your request, no return request or processing will be accepted.
- Free items are expressly exempt from returns and revisions.
- After 72 hours, the client will not be eligible for a refund for either the website or the logo.
- Social media, SEO, domain registration, and web hosting are just a few of the services that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
- Websites cannot be returned once the client has accepted the design and the website has been handed off to the developer.
